For roller coaster fans, there is no event in the world like Coaster Con, the annual convention of American Coaster Enthusiasts. Spend six full days enjoying all things roller coaster with like-minded folks! ACE's 41st convention celebrates the organization's 40th anniversary!

SIX FLAGS SEASON PASS DISCOUNT 
Your valid 2018 Six Flags season pass or Six Flags membership will save you $77 on your registration fee. Attendees who do not have a season pass or membership will receive a Six Flags Gold season pass as part of their registration.

CEDAR FAIR PLATINUM SEASON PASS DISCOUNT
Your valid 2018 Cedar Fair Platinum, Kings Dominion Gold or Kings Dominion Silver (no free parking) season pass will save you $56 on your registration fee. 

BUSCH GARDENS/SEAWORLD MEMBERSHIP OR SEASON PASS DISCOUNT
Your valid 2018 season pass, fun card or membership will save you $98 on your registration fee. This includes SeaWorld Platinum passes. Please be advised to check the benefits of the level you have as some have blackout dates as well as no free parking. Not all SeaWorld passes include admission to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. 

PARKING
Present your applicable park season pass or park-provided parking voucher for complimentary parking at Six Flags America, Kings Dominion and Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Please be advised if using a season pass or membership that does not include parking, you will need to pay for daily parking at the prevailing rate. Parking vouchers will only be provided to those not using passes or memberships.

ACE GENERAL STORE
Enjoy shopping at the ACE General Store for exclusive merchandise, including T-shirts featuring the 2018 Coaster Con logo, on Sunday, June 17, from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the Residence Inn by Marriott Greenbelt, Maryland. 

SALES TABLES
Sales tables are available for rent during Coaster Con on Sunday during the general store hours listed above. The fee for table rental is $35 for members and $50 for non-members. Shared tables are not allowed. Table reservations must be made online by June 3, 2018; there is a 50% cancellation fee after June 3, 2018. 

PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTESTS 
Submissions for the photo contest can be made at the Residence Inn by Marriott Greenbelt, Maryland, on Sunday, June 17, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. 

Video contest entries should be mailed to Chris Smilek, 619 Washington Crossing, East Stroudsburg, PA, 18301-9812. Videos must be received by the contest director by June 7, 2018.

RUBBER DUCKY REGATTA 
The Third Annual Coaster Con Rubber Ducky Regatta will take place on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at Kings Dominion Soak City. Buy your ducky in advance for $6 or onsite for $8; all proceeds benefit the ACE Preservation Fund. There are a limited number of ducks, so buy yours before they’re all gone. Ducks will be available for purchase when you register for the event. Winners will receive gift certificates good for ACE event registration or ACE merchandise. Ducks will be dropped into the lazy river at Soak City (KD’s waterpark) all at once and will travel around the river to the finish line. You can pick up your ducks during dinner on June 20.

Not attending Coaster Con? You can still participate by purchasing a duck from the online general store. Your duck will be entered into the race with all of the other ducks. If you're not attending Coaster Con, please arrange for someone to pick up your duck. Ducks will not be mailed, but will be available for pick-up during dinner on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. Unclaimed ducks wlll be turned into duck soup. 

SPIRIT OF ACE AWARD
The PTCI Manufacturer’s Award, popularly known as the Spirit of ACE Award, is presented annually at the Coaster Con Banquet. This award honors a member of ACE who goes above and beyond simply identifying as a roller coaster enthusiast. Those who are nominated view ACE as more than just coaster riding: they have a love for roller coasters and a passion for preserving the amusement industry, while also helping it expand. Nominees foster and promote the conservation, appreciation, knowledge and enjoyment of roller coasters. Nominations are accepted through June 3, 2018. Nominations can be emailed to janine.ptc@comcast.net or mailed to Janine Rebbie-Matscherz, 3195 Penn Ave., Hatfield, PA 19440.

BANQUET
Always one of the highlights of Coaster Con, the annual banquet is a chance to enjoy a delicious meal and the company of fellow attendees. The keynote speaker for this year's banquet will be announced shortly. The banquet menu will include turkey (brined, basted and smoked, sour cranberry relish), five cheese blend stuffed shells, seasonal vegetables, roasted sweet potatoes, corn bread salad (fresh blended greens, vegetables and toasted corn bread), cookie and brownie bar. Kids meal includes flat bread cheese pizza, french fries, fresh fruit and a cookie. Be sure to add the banquet to your registration!

T-SHIRTS
Order your Coaster Con T-shirt in advance and pick it up at the general store on Sunday. T-Shirts are available in adult sizes small to 3XL in either grey or blue. Orders may be placed online or with the mail-in registration form.

REGISTRATION
Must be postmarked by May 26, 2018 or completed online by June 3, 2018. No registrations will be accepted after those dates. There will be no on-site registration. Register online at this link. PAYMENT
Make checks or money orders payable to American Coaster Enthusiasts. Write your membership number in the “memo” space. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal are accepted online. Your membership must remain current through the duration of the event. If your membership expires prior to, or during the event, you will be treated as a nonmember. 

NONMEMBERS
Nonmembers must be guests of an attending member. Members must include their nonmembers guests on the registration form and are responsible for the actions and behaviors of those guests. List members first. Nonmembers are considered guests of the first member listed. For nonmembers, enter "nonmember" in in the member number field. If registering by mail and additional space is needed, photocopy the form or use a blank piece of paper. Nonmembers are welcome to become members and register at the member rate. Become a member at join.ACEonline.org, or include a completed membership application and the appropriate dues with the mailed-in registration form. 

NAME BADGES
Every attendee will receive a name badge which must be worn and visible during ACE activities such as meals, ERT sessions and presentations. There is no charge for children 2 and under, but we do need their names for name badges; please list their names when registering. 

NO MATERIALS WILL BE SENT IN ADVANCE 
All materials, including name badges and admission tickets, will be provided at the event. All materials must be picked up at scheduled registration times. If you are unable to do so, you must contact ACE registration manager Steve Smith by phone before 10 p.m. Eastern time at 440.576.2220, or email ssmith@ACEonline.org, to make alternate arrangements.

Volunteering during Coaster Con is a great way to give back to the club and meet other members. Please indicate your preferred volunteer shift(s) when registering online or by mail.

CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will be issued less a $35 cancellation fee per person, if ACE is notified by June 3, 2018. Cancellations must be made by contacting ACE’s office at 469.278.6223, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central time.

IMPORTANT
The payment of registration fees by, for or on behalf of participants releases and holds harmless American Coaster Enthusiasts, Inc., its Officers, Executive Committee members and representatives from any and all liabilities related to those activities. Returned checks and charge back disputes will be treated as uncollected debt. ACE reserves the right to execute debt collection in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

CODE OF CONDUCT 
Members and their guests should be especially aware that their behavior affects ACE’s reputation, and they are expected to abide by ACE’s Code of Conduct to ensure that ACE is always represented in a positive manner. Members found to be in violation of the code are subject to ACE’s disciplinary procedures, which may be in the form of, but not limited to, verbal or written warning or membership termination.
